There are multiple ways to create an order.

  1. Pressing the "New Job/Order" button at the top of the user interface - Red

  2. Pressing the "Create Job/Order" button on the job/order list - Orange

  3. Pressing the "New Job/Order" button within the customer profile - Green

When using options 1 and 2, you will be required to select an existing customer or create a new customer for the appropriate job/order.

Once inside the order you can begin managing the order, scheduling events, adding cart items, accept payments and then you can close the order.
