The Outgoing Product/Services Report allows the user to view all products that are currently rented out as well as products and/or services that are scheduled to be rented out or performed within a defined or undefined date range. Additionally, this report allows the user to filter by product class and will display which location the product is being rented from.
The Outgoing Product/Services Report can be used for multiple purposes including, but not limited to:
Compare total stock level to amount rented out (within a date range)
Determine how many of each item are being rented within a specific date range (search by product class)
Determine all orders that each product is going out for (click on the ID of the item)
Identify which items need stock additions or frequent sub-rentals
The Payments Report also provides easy access each Order associated with the products going out simply by clicking on the line item, then by clicking the circled drop-down arrow along the right side of the report, and lastly by clicking “Go to Order”.
