In the business email builder, Smart tags can be added to your email template and be used to autofill information directly from your CRM.  Smart Tags will allow you to automatically populate emails with information relating to the customer, the job, or your company.

Note - smart tags will populate their data, like the customer's first name, automatically when the email is sent. There is no need to type in the customer's name prior to sending.
