Customer Intel

Customer Intel are used to separate or classify your customers into groups or categories in order to better target them (Ex: Commercial, Residential, Dealership, etc). The Intel 'Pieces' are created within the "Customer Intel Builder" and are assigned to a customer when creating or editing a customer's information. Once an Intel 'Piece' has been assigned to a customer, all associated Intel Questions will then be made available (see below for Customer Intel Questions).

Customer Intel Questions

Customer Intel questions are used to capture any and all required information about your customer in the form of questions and answers (Ex: How did this customer hear about us?). The questions and answers, created in the "Intel Question Builder", will appear in the customer's profile within the "Customer Profile" tile and by clicking on the "Intel" button in the top left of the box.

NOTE: Customer Intel Questions are assigned to Customer Intel (within the "Customer Intel Builder") and only get activated once the Customer Intel has been assigned to a customer.

Answers can be created in four different arrangements: Text, Single Choice - Radio, Single Choice - Dropdown, Choose Multiple.

  • Text (User can answer the question uniquely and without restriction by typing in a text box).

  • Single Choice - Radio (User selects a radio dial next to one of the previously created answers)

  • Single Choice - Dropdown (User selects one answer from a dropdown list of previously created answers)

  • Choose Multiple (User can select a check-box next to one or multiple previously created answers)
