When is the Support Team available and how to send a chat to BPro support?

Hello there!

The Better Software Company's regular support hours run from 9am-5pm EST, Monday to Friday.  

Regular support hours include online chat, phone, and email support.  We have a team ready to assist you with any questions you may have!

To send us a chat, click the 'B' button in the bottom-right corner of your screen (bottom-left on the BPro Classic APP). Then click the chat bubble icon to start a chat.

If you send a note through chat outside of the regular support hours, the team will respond as soon as they are available.  Please leave us as much detail as possible.

If you require immediate or emergency Support outside of the regular support hours or while our office is closed please follow the instructions below:
