There are a few ways in which you are able to provide discounts within the system. Each option is outlined below with screenshots to help illustrate how to apply these discounts.

The first option to provide a discount would be to click on the product/service name once it is added into your cart. By clicking on the name of the product/service, it will provide you with a pop out menu where discounts can be applied to the item. Discounts within this option are able to be applied by a flat rate or by a percentage.

As you can see in the screenshot above, there is a 10% discount being applied to the line item of Window Cleaning. At the top of the pop out menu, it will also show the reflected price upon the discount being applied.

The second option to provide a discount would be to click on the "Add Modifiers" option underneath the Subtotal of the cart items. This option will allow you to discount the whole cart at once, as opposed to per item like the first option illustrates above.

Upon clicking on "Add Modifiers" you will see a similar pop out menu as above, but the flat rate and percentage options will be applied to the full total of the cart items. You will also have the ability to provide your discount with a name and description if preferred, as these are not required fields. Lastly, you will have to assign what type of discount category should be applied based on the line items that are within the cart.

Both of these options outline different ways to apply discounts to an order. The first option outlines how to apply discount per line item and then the second option outlines how to apply a discount to the order as a whole.
