How to schedule a payment?

Scheduling upcoming payments from your customers.

You are able to schedule a future payment for a job that your customers have informed you is upcoming. The option to schedule a payment is found at the bottom of the job beside the "Accept Payment" option.

We give you the ability to schedule the full payment at once or schedule several different payments. You will see this upon clicking on the "Schedule Payments" option and receive a pop out menu. There will also be the option to classify what payment type it will be. We have defaults of Cash, Check, Debit Card, Credit Card, Interact, and Account. However, we have an article here which explains how you can add in further options that you'd like. Lastly, you have the ability to add a payment note. Simply click "Schedule Payment" upon working through the pop out menu.

These are viewable in the job itself within its own Scheduled Payments tab underneath the Payment History. The scheduled payments can be edited here at anytime if necessary. You will also be able to see all of your scheduled payments under the Reports menu in "Scheduled Payments".
