When building a quote or job order, you will be able to see your current/present available quantities when adding line items.
Set the 'Availability calendar' date range for the period that your client is looking to purchase/rent the items. Once you set the availability date range, you will then see available quantities just for that select date range, when searching/adding line items.
NOTE: Item quantities are only factored out of available inventory when a quote is Won and turned into an official job order. Jobs must have outbound and inbound appointments (delivery/pick-up) in order to track when the job's items will be OUT and when they are planned to RETURN. This helps track available inventory quantities accurately.
When creating appointment events, you can define whether it is a delivery or pick-up (outbound/inbound).
