The Business Reports section has 4 reports that help provide high-level insights related to the business. Hover your mouse over any column's name to see a detailed description of what is being reported and how the figures are calculated.

1. Business Estimate Report: This report shows the number of estimates created within the filtered date range. It can show how many estimates were created or converted, including conversion rates (%), on behalf of new vs existing customers. It even has a column that shows the total number of unconverted estimates within a location and their value (money on the table).

2. Business Sales Report: This report shows us information related to officialized jobs/sales. Here we can see how many open jobs were created, the total job values, and the value of payments collected within a specific date range. The report even shows us the present total value of our outstanding Accounts Receivable (completed job values that remain unpaid).

3. Business Revenue Report: This report shows us metrics related to completed/closed jobs within a specific date range. The report includes helpful insights into total revenue, total jobs completed, the closing rate (%), and even how many jobs and related revenue were completed on behalf of new vs existing customers within a select date range.

4. Incomplete Order Report: This report helps show the total number of open/incomplete jobs within your system. The goal of the report is to provide easy insight into the number of open orders that may require attention and completion.

This report will show the total number of open jobs within your system and their values. The report can be run for a specific date/range and also show how many past, current, and future open jobs there are. Hovering your mouse over any column will show a description of what the column represents and how its figures are calculated.

Specific open jobs can be found by filtering the Home>Job List page for ‘open’ status orders. Applying an additional appointment date filter can help isolate open jobs that were scheduled in the past.
