The 'Commission' tile appears on the 'Manage' tab of the order/job/appointment process.  It looks like this:

People mainly use this tile for three purposes:

  1. To see what commissions have been given (automatically) on this job.

  2. To adjust and override the automatically applied commissions.

  3. To apply (manually) commissions on this job for a specific employee.

In BPro, you can set up commissions to either automatically apply to your employees, or you can manually override and/or apply them to specific employees.  In order to manually adjust and/or apply a commissions to the job for an employee, you would perform that on this tile.
