First off, let's get to the Location Builder. It is located under the Customize tab on the left navigation bar, and will be either labelled as Location Builder, BPro Settings, or some variation of those, depending on how your store was set up.

Now that we're here in the Location Builder section, click on the highlighted option to enter the Profile area.

The first area we have is the name of the store/owner of the store. You can also edit the location status and type of store it is. If you are part of a multi-location franchise, this is where you can create your Hub structure by setting them up as a Group Hub.

Then we move to the Location Address where you can change the business information of your company. Click here for a full walkthrough on what this area changes.

The next few areas are unique areas that affect different areas of the software.

First is Currency which dictates which money type you work in within the system.

Next is Net Terms which denotes how long after the last service appointment is set that an overdue job will show up in your Accounts Receivable.

The last thing you can edit in this section are the Location Phone Numbers where you can put in the phone contact information for your company.

You also have the denotations for the subdomain and the Location identifier as a reference point.

The next editable section after that is the Store Hours. This can appear on your invoice if you want.

The final area is to let you know what your Current Appointment Number is, and you also have the ability to change it. An example of why this would be used is if you are a new company who doesn't want to seem young, you can put a higher number in for your job number to see more established.

And lastly is choosing which service types are turned on. This will typically be set up for you already, but if you want to change it, this is the area.

Finally, once you are finished with all the edits, hit the save button at the bottom right.
