Discount Groups allow you to have constant discounts applied to your products. You can make them time base or permanent depending on what you'd like! They are assigned in the Customer Profile under the Pricing Options/Discount Options tile. 


They are assigned by your Product Categories, you can choose to have it assigned to them all or select individual categories. If you have applied an existing Discount Group to an order, you will not be able to delete it because it will affect the history.

The discounts are only applied as a percentage (%) and dates are chose by a start and end date.

To get there please use the following directions:
Customize > Products and Services > Discount Groups

If your follow the Blue arrow, that will allow you to create a new group! The Red arrow will let you edit an existing group.

The options keep it nice and simple! Just enter in the name of the discount, your percentage, choose if you want to make it limited by a date range and then assign your categories! 

If you have the Adjustments enabled to display on your invoice, this is how it will appear on an order.
