Clicking the green WIN button within the estimate page, will convert your estimate into a job-order.

If your estimate has multiple sub-proposals tied to it, you will be prompted to confirm/select which sub-proposal will be won and converted into a job.

If there is only one sub-proposal, you will still be asked to confirm that you wish to win the estimate. This is to help prevent accidentally converting estimates and to ensure the the proper sub-proposal is converted into the job.

Once you WIN/convert the estimate, the system will generate a new job-order that has the same number as the original estimate. The term 'Job' will appear at the top, under the job number. Also, the job will now exist under your Jobs list page.

NOTE: Payments cannot be accepted on estimates. If your client is ready to move forward with a job and you need to apply a payment/down-payment, you must first Win the estimate and turn it into a job. You can then accept payment on the resulting job-order.
