In certain areas, some products/services are not taxed. The taxation rules vary greatly depending on the state/province you are in and the types of products/services you sell. *If you are unsure about your local taxes and what you should be charging taxes for, please consult your accountant or local tax professional.*

To apply a tax exemption to a product, you will need to click into the product from the services and products builder/list page, under the customize menu.

Within the product page, click edit in the Pricing Details section.

Select the tax rate(s) that you would like to exempt from applying to your product/service (so that that product will not be taxed by the selected tax rate) and then click Save.
