To find your Royalty Report, we're going to go under the "Reports" tab on the navigation on the right, and find "Royalty" under the Finance reporting area.
The Royalty Report will load the royalty calculations for the current month. However, if you hit the filter button, you can filter for custom date ranges, specific royalty rates, or specific franchises (for corporate accounts).
Now you should have a full breakdown of every location's royalty, based on the filters you have put in place. This will give you a breakdown every month of how much royalty has been calculated per franchise, and which royalty rate is being applied.
Click 'View Details' to see a breakdown of the jobs that are factoring into the royalty calculation.
Click the arrow icon on the right side to see a detailed breakdown of how the royalty is calculated against the line items tied to the jobs.
This will give you as much information as possible, to give you a full view of your royalties, with the ability to dive into the specifics. Each page or the royalty report has an Export option to download that page's information into a .csv file.
