Yes! Around a month before your contract end date, we will email you to discuss your next steps. If you wish to continue your contract, you can book in a call with one of our retention experts to discuss your options, at a time that suits you.

If you don’t provide us with the information of whether you would like to continue your contract or cancel, we won’t cut off your energy supply but you will be moved onto a Standard Variable Tariff (SVT). SVT’s are regulated by Ofgem and are updated quarterly based on changes in the wholesale energy market. These changes will affect your rates, but don’t worry as we notify you of these changes beforehand.
