Without these, you will be billed based on estimated usage from our supplier, which can be up to 30% higher than your actual usage! By sending in regular meter readings (recommended every month), we keep track of your usage and ensure you are not exceeding your allowance and avoid any extra costs you may be liable for if your usage exceeds your allowance.

Don’t worry if you do exceed your allowance, especially during the winter months. During these months your bill usage is likely to be higher as the heating gets turned on. As you are billed monthly on your average usage across the entire 12 months of your contract, it is likely that your usage will be lower in the warmer months and therefore this will likely cancel out the winter increase.
