Switching to a new energy supplier can take up to 5 working days, depending on the supplier and whether all required information has been submitted. Occasionally, delays can happen—especially if there are issues like incorrect meter details or objections from your previous supplier.
If you’ve received a bill during this time, please check the bill dates carefully. It’s possible the bill covers a period before your contract with Bunch officially started. If that’s the case, you’ll need to settle the bill with your previous supplier, as Bunch only charges for periods starting from your confirmed contract start date.
