If you’ve moved into a property that was already supplied by Bunch Suppliers, we remain the active energy supplier until a switch to a new provider is completed. This means that you’re responsible for the energy used during your time at the property, even if you didn’t personally sign up with us.
You’ll be billed for any period you’ve lived in the property while we were the supplier. This is standard across the energy industry—the person occupying the property is responsible for usage during their stay, regardless of whether an account was formally set up.
If you’d like to switch to a different supplier, you’ll need to contact them directly to start the process.
Please also note: Before your switch is completed, you’ll need to clear any outstanding balance owed to Bunch for the period we were supplying your energy.
