If you’d like to cancel your Bunch package after the 14-day cooling-off period, here’s how the process works:


1. Written Confirmation from All Tenants
Each housemate must send a clear email to info@the-bunch.co.uk confirming they want to cancel.
The cancellation date is based on when the last housemate confirms.

2. Everyone Must Agree
We can only proceed once all tenants agree to cancel the contract.

3. Cancellation Fees Apply
The following fees will be charged per household:

  • £100 per energy fuel (electricity and gas)

  • £10 for water

  • Broadband: You'll be charged for the remainder of your contract if the service has gone live

  • Additional fees: May apply for broadband and quarterly TV licence charges

We’ll provide a full breakdown in your final statement.

4. Account Processing
Once confirmed:

  • We’ll notify all departments to stop or avoid ordering services

  • The package will be cancelled effective from the day after the final confirmation

  • A nominated lead tenant will be added for billing going forward

5. How Payment Works

  • Cancellation fees will be applied to each tenant via additional transactions

  • Tenants can choose to pay upfront or have the amount added to their final statement

6. Final Statement

  • A final statement will be generated for the period up to cancellation

7. Payment Management

  • We’ll stop all future payments

  • Your payment method will stay active in case any balance remains
