To cancel your services, simply fill out our official Cancellation Form. This ensures we have the correct information to close your account.
You can request a cancellation in any of the following ways:

Note: Your cancellation will not be processed until the form is submitted, even if you've contacted us via another method.
โ What Happens After You Submit the Form
Once youโve submitted your cancellation request:
You will receive a confirmation email acknowledging your request.

โOur team will handle closing your account(s).

โIf you change your mind, weโre happy to discuss options โ and if you decide to stay, weโll help you switch to a new plan via our quote tool to avoid any contract overlap or charges.

If you live in a house with multiple tenants:
All housemates must fill out the form individually.

โTo update or change housemate details (like tenancy swaps or regrades), the new and outgoing tenants must also call Customer support to complete the process.
๐ Cancelling Fixed Energy Tariffs
If you cancel a Fixed Energy contract:
Your account will move to a Standard Variable Tariff (SVT).

โYouโll continue to receive SVT bills from Bunch until your new supplier takes over.

โAny outstanding balances must be cleared before you can switch to a new energy provider.

If thereโs a delay in processing your form:
Your next scheduled payment may still be taken.

โTo avoid being charged for an extra month, we recommend submitting your cancellation form well in advance of your next billing date.
