What should I do if a housemate moves out of the property?

If a housemate moves out of the property and is removed from the tenancy agreement, you are still liable to pay the amount agreed for the entirety of the contract period. You have the option to split the cost equally between the remaining housemates or find a replacement housemate and we can do a swap. Note that any tenant moving out must give 30 days' notice and pay until the end of the month. Contact us to discuss your options.
