If your contract is ending, you will receive an email approximately one month before your end date, discussing your options, whether that includes renewing your contract or cancelling.

Please note that in order to close your account at the end of your contract, any over usage charges must be paid.

If you would like to cancel your contract during your contract, please be aware early cancellation charges apply.
