Once you are all signed up with Bunch we will ask you to add your card details to your customer portal.
These card details will be used to make payment for your invoice on your designated payment day.
Please be aware that we do not use direct debit as a payment method. We will take your payment directly from your card under a continuous card payment which can be taken at any point during the day, so please do not worry if it has not been taken.
If at any point you need to change your card you can do this by logging into your customer portal.
If for any reason your payment is not successful we will attempt to take payment again over the next 7 days.
If payment has not been made within 7 days then a £20 late fee will be added to your next invoice.
