Yes, it is possible to reschedule a broadband installation date up to 48 hours before your initial installation date. It is really important to notify us if you cannot attend your installation date.

Failing to attend your installation date, without rescheduling 48 hours before may lead to a missed installation fee. More information can be found in our Terms and Conditions.

It is also worth noting that changing your installation date may cause a delay in getting connected.
