The router must be returned to Purecomms, East End Court, Tickenham Road, Clevedon, North Somerset, BS21 6QY within 21 days of cancellation. Please send the router via a tracked post option to protect yourself from any lost router costs.
Once your router installation is live, you cannot remove broadband from your package as the contract must be paid for the year. We are unable to cancel this as it is a cost that we then incur from our suppliers.
