You can remove Broadband from your package up to 72 hours before your engineer is scheduled to arrive. You will only be charged for any data charges used on the 4/5G sim, which are usually very small.

The router must be returned to Bunch at East End Court, Tickenham Rd, Clevedon, BS21 6QY within 21 days of cancellation. Please send the router via a tracked post option to protect yourself from any lost router costs.

Once the install is live, you cannot remove Broadband from your package as the contract must be paid for the year. We are unable to cancel this as it is a cost passed onto us by our suppliers.
