We are here to help if you are experiencing issues with your broadband connection. Some of our broadband options offer a 4G SIM back-up to keep you connected until your mainline is set up. Check whether the package you chose included this in your online portal.

Your 4G SIM service should already be providing your router with internet. If your SIM is not working, call our 24hr broadband support team on 0333 358 3377.

Most broadband installations require a visit from an engineer to ensure your internet connection meets our high standards. Our broadband team, Openreach, will visit your property to ensure this. Due to occasional high demand of their services, the installation times can sometimes take longer than expected. We strive to get an engineer with you and your main service set up within 14 days and you will be emailed a day and time your engineer will visit.
