Yes, it's possible to reschedule a broadband installation date up to 48 hours prior to the installation.

It's really important to notify us if you cannot attend, because if you miss an engineer visit, you will receive a missed visit charge of £150.

Please also note that changing your install date may cause a delay in your service.
