When you move into a new property, the water company will automatically send a bill to the premises. Ideally, we set this up in our name before you move in so that we receive the bills. However, this isn’t always possible, particularly if you sign up with us after you have moved in.
If you do receive any bills in the post, please do not pay them. Send any bills you receive to us at hello@the-bunch.co.uk with your address and we will process them on your behalf. Please note, we only pay bills that are within your contract length.
