When you move into a new property, the water company will automatically send a bill to the premise. Ideally, we set this up in our name before you move in so that we receive the bills. However, sometimes this isn’t possible, particularly if you sign up to Bunch after you have moved into the property. If you receive any bills in the post, please do not pay them. We will then process them on your behalf. Please note that we only pay bills that are within the contract length agreed to when signing up.
