If you discover a leak, please contact your landlord/letting agent immediately to have it repaired. You must also send photo evidence of the leak to Bunch via hello@the-bunch.co.uk, with your address in the subject line of the email. Please make sure that the pictures are clear and show the leak. We will then need to pass on this information to the supplier to find out if you are eligible for leak allowances. Failure to report a leak may result in your account being overbilled by the water supplier, so it is important that you let us know as soon as you notice a leak.
