Tripped fuses are the most common reason your energy will cut out so make sure to check this first. If it is not a tripped fuse, it could be due to a weather related issue or high demand in your area. Also check with your neighbours to see if they are experiencing the same.

If you still can’t identify a reason for your energy cutting out, check your boiler, as they often display what the problem is. However, older boilers may not be as advanced, making it more difficult to identify the cause.

If you are still unsure on the reason, you can contact your local electricity network operator by calling 105. However, if the problem persists, please contact our customer service team.
