We calculate your energy allowances based on several factors, including the size and energy efficiency of your home, the number of occupants, the energy efficiency of your appliances, and your health. While gas and electricity bills are calculated differently, we use your gas allowance to ensure you have the same energy allowance as those who use gas and electricity.

If you only have electricity, your bills may be higher because everything in your property will run off electricity, including heating, etc. This is why we add your gas allowance to your electricity allowance to cover the increased electricity bills.

We conduct a monthly reconciliation process to inform you about your energy usage and whether you are over or underusing. This helps you to manage your energy consumption effectively.
