Some Bunch packages are pay-as-you-go, rather than unlimited. In these cases, you will have a set water allowance.
Water bills can be:
Fixed (rateable) – a set charge, not linked to usage.
Metered – based on the actual amount of water you use.
At the point of sign-up, it’s not always clear whether your property is fixed or metered. To avoid surprises, we make a prediction of your usage based on industry data and past experience. This becomes your allowance.
With a pay-as-you-go package:
You can view your water bills in the portal.
You can track your usage against the allowance.
This helps you monitor and adjust your usage if needed.
The allowance is designed to keep your bills fair and predictable.
