Water bills can be fixed, which is known as ratable or based on usage which is called metered. It's not always possible to know this at the point of sign-up. Therefore, we make a prediction based on years of industry experience and data to estimate your water usage.

If you are on a pay-as-you-go package, you can view all your water bills in the portal and track your water usage. This allows you to monitor your water usage and adjust it accordingly.
