Why Did My Payment Increase?
If you've noticed your monthly payments have gone up, you may be wondering why. There are usually three possible reasons for a payment increase.
Energy Review
After three months of your account being set up, we'll start running monthly usage reviews. If we detect that your energy consumption is higher than your allowance, we'll increase your allowance to avoid any surprise overusage bills.
Product Change
Your monthly payments may have increased because a new product or service has been added to your account.
House Capacity Change
Finally, if you're a customer benefiting from our multiple bill payer option, then there may have been a change in the number of bill payers on the account, which has meant your monthly price has changed.
