Updating your payment card
The quickest and easiest way to update your card details is through your Bunch Customer Portal:
Log in to your Bunch Customer Portal.
Go to Manage Payment Details
You’ll be redirected to Stripe, our secure payment system, where you can add a new debit or credit card, remove an old one, and set your default card.
Once updated, the new card will be used for your automatic invoice payments going forward. You can also use this card for one-off payments on the Payments page in your portal.
If you’re unable to access the portal, you can still update your card by phone. Call us on 0333 358 3377 and a member of the team will be happy to help.
Can I set up a Direct Debit?
Bunch does not currently support Direct Debit.
When you sign up, your card is registered for automatic payments under a continuous card authority. If there are any issues with your card payment, our Collections team may offer BACS (bank transfer) as a backup method.
