We need a new electricity meter reading for your house to make sure you are being billed correctly. Your house has what is called a Dual Rate or Economy 7 meter for electricity. This means it has a peak and off-peak tariff for electricity - and will have two different readings one for peak and one for off-peak.

To read please follow the below instructions for your meter and send a photos with a reading for each rate.

1) Press the blue button 4 times to get Rate 1 reading up on screen

2) Take photo of Rate 1 reading

3) Press the blue button 5 times to get Rate 2 reading up on screen

4) Take photo of Rate 2 reading
