From the date that your contract ended with us, it takes approximately 8-12 weeks to receive your final closing invoice.
The final invoice will show a complete history of your payments for each service you signed up for, including usage if we supplied your energy and/or gas.
If you consume less energy than your allowance, you will be due a refund. We aim to get this refund back to you via bank transfer within 14 days. To do this, we kindly ask you to upload your bank details to your online portal here.
