A letter of Authority (LOA) is a document that must be signed by you and sent back to us in order to set up your services. This document allows us to be able to speak with suppliers on your behalf, making switching your suppliers a seamless process. This is an essential part of the signing up process and we use a really easy digital form that takes seconds to fill in. See this for a copy of the LOA document.

If we do not receive a signed LOA in reasonable time, we cannot place your order to the water company. If you fail to provide us with a signed LOA, we will remove water from your Bunch package and you will have to deal with the water company directly. In this case, any money you have paid to us for water will be refunded back to you, or redirected to settle overdue bills on your account.
