We have so many different broadband contracts with different broadband providers, speeds and installation dates so you can choose the broadband that suits you best. This includes a 12 month broadband contract rather than the standard 18 months, so this contract aligns with all your other utility contracts.

Setting up Wifi

When you receive your WiFi box, we kindly ask you to hold onto all its contents, including the box! This is because you are required to return your WiFi box to us at the end of your contract. If you fail to return all the items you have received, you may be subjected to pay a fee.

  1. Firstly, open the Wifi box and remove all the contents.

  2. Then, clip part A and part B of the power supply together, shown in the image below.

  1. Insert the power supply into a wall socket and then into the rear of the router at point C, shown in the image below.

  1. Take the 4/5G dongle, (point D, in the image below) and insert it into the USB port you can find on the rear of the router at point E (shown in above image).

  1. Devices that require a wired connection can be plugged into the rear of the router in any of the 4 yellow sockets (labelled F). You also will find an ethernet cable in the box (white with yellow plugs).

  1. Connect WiFi devices using the wireless credentials on the back of the router and on the supplied card, labelled G in the image above.

  1. The phone adapter is the one with the green plus (labelled H, below) and is not used. This can be left in the box, but must be kept as this needs to be returned to us at the end of the contract.

Now the initial stage of your broadband router setup is complete.

For the next part of your installation, an engineer will visit your property. This is to install a socket and connect your router using the grey cable that is provided in the post. This will be connected to the DSL socket (labelled I). The details of when the engineer will visit be sent to you via email or SMS.

For further assistance please email hello@the-bunch.co.uk or call 0333 358 3377.

It is required that the box and all its contents including the router and cables are returned to us. You will be emailed details of this towards the end of your contract.
