Any tenant moving out of the property is required to provide 30 days notice and pay for their share of the usage up until the end of the month.

If a housemate moves out of the property and is removed from the tenancy agreement, you will be liable to pay the amount agreed for the entirety of the contract period. You have the option to split the cost equally or find a replacement housemate who will also take on their share of the bill.
