When you sign up with us you will be required to register your card in your customer portal. This card will be used for all your Bunch payments, unless you change/update this information in your customer portal. We use a company called Stripe to process your payments.

We no longer send our customers monthly invoices. If you don’t receive an invoice, don’t worry as it just means there have been no changes to your bill. If you do receive an invoice this means there has been a change to your bill and you will be notified of these changes beforehand via email. If you receive an invoice this will be sent to you on the 1st of the month. It is worth noting if the 1st of the month falls on a weekend or bank holiday, this date will change and your invoice will state this.

As your payment is taken by card and not direct debit, it’s unlikely that your payment is taken instantly on payment day.

Please allow the full working day for the payment to be taken. There is no need to contact us if your payment has not been taken during the day as this can take up until 23:59 on payment day. You will be emailed a receipt to confirm the payment has been made.

If, for any reason, your payment is unsuccessful, we will attempt to take this payment again automatically. Any payments made after the following 7 days of payment day will incur a late payment charge of £20 that will show on your next invoice.
