One of the most useful aspects of the portal is being able to see your usage graphs.

This shows your energy use each month - Remember for this to be accurate we need monthly meter readings.

Alongside the breakdown by month it will also show you your current and remaining allowance.

By sending in monthly readings we can track that you are not going to get over usage surcharges added to the account. Remember if you do not spend all the allowance within the term of your contract then this will be refunded after your final invoice.
