Paying your invoice is easy,. We use Stripe for recurring card payments rather than Direct Debit. This means on payment day that the payment can come out at any point in the day - please don't worry if it is not taken first thing in the morning! Payments are taken throughout the day.
This means that we’ll automatically attempt to collect your payment from your registered card with us when your invoice is due. You will receive an invoice from us approximately 7 days before your payment day.
If you’re having issues with your payment, just log in to your portal here - https://app.the-bunch.co.uk/tenants/app/login - then head to Payment Details and login into Stripe (Stripe is the company that we use as our payment provider)
From there you’ll be able to pay any outstanding invoices you may have. If you’re still having difficulty give us a call on 03308 180645 anytime between 9.30 - 5pm, Monday to Friday. Our friendly collections team are there to help!
If your payment is not successful on the first attempt we will automatically attempt to take this payment again with no interaction needed from yourself.
Please be aware if the payment is still unsuccessful after the 7th day and you have not called to advise us then a £20 late payment fee will be added to your next invoice.
