At the end of your contract your broadband equipment will need to be returned to us within 14 days of your contract ending. To return this we will send you all the packaging that you need to get this back to us. You should receive this in the last month of your contract.

If the router is not returned the following charges could be added to your account so it is imperative that these are sent back as no-one wants unexpected charges on their final invoice!

Bunch Router - A charge of £200 will be added to your account if the router is not returned.

Bunch Router returned but is deemed faulty or damaged - A charge of £200 will be added to your account

Bunch Dongle - A charge of £30 will be added to your account if the dongle is not returned with the router

Missing power cable/ethernet cable - A charge of £10 will be added to your account if this is not returned.

If you have misplaced your return packaging then please return to:

PureComms, East End Court, Tickenham Road, Clevedon, BS21 6QY - If your supplier was Bunch Broadband

77 Stokes Croft, Bristol BS1 3RD - If your supplier was Virgin

If your broadband supplier was Virgin and not Bunch Broadband then a £70 charge will be added to your account if not returned within 14 days of the contract ending.

If you have not received your packaging to return the router then please do get in contact and we can assist you. Please do not think that if you have not received the return bag that the router can be left in the property as you will incur a charge on your account.
