If you decide to leave us and would like to end your contract you will receive a final bill. This will show a complete history of your payments for each service included in your package. You can expect to receive this between 8 and 12 weeks after your contract end date.

You receive your final bill after your contract has ended because you will be on our supplies until the contract ends. This has to be processed after your contract ends to get the accurate information on your usage up until and even on the day your contract ends to ensure you are billed correctly.
