How do I pay my bill?

Once you are all signed up with us, we will ask you to add your card details to your customer portal. These details will be used to make a payment for your invoice on your designated payment day.

We don’t use direct debit as your payment method and will take your payment directly from your card under a continuous card payment which can be taken at any point during the day. Do not worry if your payment hasn’t been taken early on this day as payments can be taken up until 23:59 on payment day.

You can change your payment details at any time in your customer portal.

If your chosen payment method is unsuccessful we will attempt to take payment again over the following 7 days.

If a payment has not been made within 7 days of your payment day, a late payment fee will be added to your next invoice.
