If it is established that we owe you a refund we ask that you upload in your customer portal your bank account number and sort code. This will allow us to refund you as quickly as possible - please be aware that this can take up to 14 days to reach your account. The link for your portal is below:
We aim to get your final bill/invoice out to you approximately 8 weeks after your contract with Bunch ends.
This final bill will highlight if any of your household allowance remains and if any refund is due back to you.
