Over the summer Bunch ran a promotion to offer students free management fees until the 1st October 2023.

With our October invoices due very shortly you will see this cost has been added to your October statements.

The management fee per person is £2.31 per week and gives you the security of individual liability for your bills and means that we handle speaking to your suppliers - freeing your time up for the more important things in life.

We ran the promotion with our student customers to ensure that they were not paying this fee over the summer months when they may not be in the property - this would have saved each student up to £40.
