What can the customer portal do?

As soon as you sign you will be given access to your customer portal which is the hub that you will use whilst you are a customer with us at Bunch.

You can access the portal by using the link below:

There are then many options:

In the overview this will show the address that we are servicing including the start and end date of your contract with us. On the contract information tab you are also able to upload a copy of your tenancy agreement.

If you take water with your package you can also complete the letter of authority that allows us to speak to the water company on your behalf.

You can also on this page register if needed for the Priority Services Register.

Please be aware that the additional services are not included with your package but are just a link for you to complete these as we do not offer Council Tax or TV license as an add on to your package.

You can also upload your meter readings with photographs and see your usage graphs which after month two of your contract will show the bills from the supplier and this will track your usage and see how this is tracking against your annual allowance.

And on top of all that this is where your payment card is also stored from which we take your monthly bill!
